Orders & shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing takes 7–10 business days, then US delivery takes 10–20 business days. Items that take longer show their own delivery time on the product page. These are estimates, and peak seasons can add time. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes: free US shipping on $99+. US orders of $99 or more ship free. For other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Every order ships with tracking. We email you the tracking number when your order ships. You can also use our Order Tracking page. Tracking may take a few days to show the first update.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 6 hours of ordering to change the variant or address, or to cancel. After 6 hours, your order is already being processed and can't be changed.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always. Items may ship separately and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking.

Refunds & support

What is your return policy?

We offer a refund or replacement if your item arrives defective, damaged or wrong (report within 7 days of receipt), or if your order hasn't arrived 45 business days after the order date, once your claim is approved. We don't accept returns for change of mind. See our Return & Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Report it within 7 days of receiving your order. Email support@tidyvana.com with your order number. Please include photos of the item and shipping label, and an unboxing video if you have one; claims without enough evidence may be declined. You never pay return shipping for defective or wrong items. Once approved, we'll arrange a refund or replacement.

How long do refunds take?

Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually reach you within 5–10 business days.

Do the vacuum storage bags need a vacuum cleaner?

Our vacuum storage bags are designed to be used with a hand pump. Check each product page to see exactly what's included in the set.

Will vacuum bags damage my clothes or bedding?

They're meant for clean, dry items stored for a season. Avoid storing anything damp, and let items air out after unpacking.

What sizes do the packing cubes come in?

Each set lists its dimensions on the product page. Measure your bag first if you want a snug fit.

Will the magnetic car mount work with my phone?

It's designed for phones or cases with magnetic support. Check the compatibility notes on the product page before ordering.

Will the car mount fit my vent or dashboard?

Check the mount type on the product page. Always mount it where it doesn't block airbags or your view, and set your route before driving.
